Dr. Nancy Brandt, DVM, OMD, MSOM, dip.OM, CVC, CVA, CVMA, is a renowned veterinarian and multi-disciplinary expert in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Holistic Veterinary Medicine. With a career spanning almost 35 years, she has long been a cornerstone of Las Vegas’ holistic medical community. Dr. Brandt holds a Doctorate in Oriental Medicine, a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine, and multiple other certifications. She is a graduate of Wongu University of Oriental Medicine, earned a triple Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry and Physics, and is a graduate with honors from the University of Minnesota Veterinary Medical School. After training in medical aromatherapy in France, Dr. Brandt pioneered its use for animals, founding the Veterinary Medical Aromatherapy Association (VMAA) and creating the first curriculum for Safe/Effective Veterinary Medical Aromatherapy®. Dr. Brandt currently serves as a professor of integrative courses for Traditional Chinese Medical students at two universities, a role she has held since 2013.
