FREE INTRO Oct. 22: Sign up for the online Free Intro on October 22, at 7:00PM Eastern, to learn more about to this certificate program.
WHOLE CERTIFICATE: This program is Day 2 of a 2-day certificate program. You may register instead for the full program.

Holding Space teaches a practical way to organize your life energy system to tap into the potency of the natural energy of the world we live in for healing and the optimization of your intentions around all aspects of life. The process of holding space or time is fundamentally a contemplation that we can learn by using the principles of polarity therapy. We will be using a conscious, co-creative, and contemplative approach to tap the universal principles in order to bring about the energetic balance we seek.
In many cases, this form of contemplation alone can bring us into true balance during a healing process. More than a technique, the Holding Space Method™ offers a practice that can empower you to bring resources and strength to the energetic, digestive processes experienced in physical living. This course integrates the tools of the Holding Space Method™ and how to establish distance or remote healing that is understandable and effective.

Day 2 (Online): Thursday, December 17, 2026, 10AM-4PM
Holding Space at a Distance (Distance Healing)
In Part 2 of the workshop, students will begin practice with the tools learned in Part 1 which will be reviewed in full and enhanced with more information. We will also learn the hands-on techniques of the Holding Space Method™ that are drawn from Craniosacral, Polarity, and Pranic healing therapies.
Once you have established the foundations of Holding Space, the second day explores how these same principles can be applied across distance.
You will learn a structured approach to working with friends, family, and clients from wherever they are in the world. Through guided demonstrations and supervised practice, you will develop the skills to create a coherent field of presence, deepen intuitive awareness, and facilitate meaningful sessions remotely.
Together we will explore:
By the end of the program, you will have experienced both giving and receiving distance sessions and will leave with practical tools to continue developing this work in your personal life or professional practice.
Discover that presence is not limited by location. When relationship becomes the foundation, meaningful connection can emerge across any distance.

Family Constellations: Whose Life Is This Anyway? 2.6.27
Suzi Tucker

COMBO OFFER: Sign up for 2 Family Constellations workshops, Jan. 30 and Feb. 6, 2027, with Suzi Tucker at a reduced rate.
Family Constellation Therapy is a system that considers how intergenerational traumas, contracts and vows may be shaping our current encounters with the world. In this unusually intimate workshop, we will explore how our contemporary problems – relational, financial, professional – are often connected with ancestral struggle.
Many of us carry a secret language deep inside of our unconscious mind. Family Constellations uses an experiential approach to unearthing and identifying where the burdens of our ancestors have become a legacy we carry, and how they can block our own lifeforce from expressing itself fully. This can take the form of feeling stuck in negative patterns you can’t seem to move past. For example, if silence was a necessity for your forebears’ survival, you may find yourself having trouble speaking up, making decisions, or saying no. Or perhaps you want, but cannot bear, to have a more abundant life than your impoverished predecessors had.
Join us as together we will look for ways to release the fates of others and reclaim the life that is meant to be ours and release past intergenerational experiences that may still be informing our life now.
PLEASE NOTE the Location for this Event: Anthroposophical Society, 138 West 15th Street, New York, NY 10011

Afterlife and the Journey of Consciousness in Tibetan Buddhism and Kabbalah
Simcha Raphael, PhD

Across cultures and throughout history, human beings have sought to understand the great mysteries of birth, death, the soul’s journey, and what lies beyond the threshold of mortal existence. Within the ancient teachings of the Bardo Thödol (The Tibetan Book of the Dead) and the mystical traditions of Kabbalah (Jewish mysticism) are visionary maps describing the unfolding journey of consciousness through life, death, the afterlife realms, and reincarnation. Although arising from distinct religious and cultural worlds, both traditions offer profound symbolic languages for understanding impermanence, divine judgment, the visionary dimensions of dying, and the mysteries revealed in near-death experiences.
Through the study and interpretation of sacred texts, guided meditation and contemplative practice, and group dialogue and shared inquiry, this workshop invites participants to explore these wisdom traditions as mythic and archetypal maps of the psyche and soul. Together we will discover how these medieval spiritual teachings illuminate the processes of dying, grieving, transition, and rebirth, while offering profound insights into the nature of consciousness beyond physical death.
Special attention will be given to practical applications for end-of-life care and spiritual companioning. Participants will explore how these teachings can inform contemporary approaches to hospice and palliative care, chaplaincy, pastoral counseling, funeral and memorial practices, trauma healing, and bereavement support, offering spiritual resources for those accompanying individuals and families through life’s most profound transitions.
This program is designed for chaplains, clergy, therapists, counselors, hospice workers, funeral professionals, healthcare practitioners, spiritual directors, and others engaged in end-of-life care and the helping professions. It is equally open to seekers, students of Buddhist Dharma and Jewish mysticism, and anyone navigating their own journeys of grief, loss, transformation, and spiritual awakening.
