Judith Pintar is a storyteller, sociologist, and game designer whose academic expertise is in immersive narrative experiences. She is the director of Game Studies & Design at the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign. She previously led a collaborative Oracle Design workshop for the 2020 (online) Esoteric Quest which produced a small shared system inspired by significant places in participants’ past histories, which produced universally understood meanings.
