Timothy Simonsen, on-line host and tech co-ordinator, is a musician, singer, recording artist, songwriter, and producer who has performed with The Roots, Bruno Mars, Lil Wayne and more. A composer of innovative ambient sounds, he founded Astral Recess LLC in 2017 to enrich the lives of highly sensitive individuals. Touring keyboardist and vocalist with Gym Glass Heroes, he is a Breath Body Mind certified instructor and the online tech manager for the Breath Body Mind Foundation.
