When you register for a program through our website, you will receive an email message from our ordering system. If you cannot find the confirmation or your order, please first check your Spam or Junk email folder for our email.

You may search for emails with the words “Confirmation” (in the subject line of our emails) or “newcenterny.org” in order to locate the confirmation email in your email software or webmail. If you have a Gmail account, you may also need to search the “Promotions” folder or tab of your Gmail account in order to find our email.

When you find the message, please mark is as “not spam” or safe, so that you can received email messages from the New Center in the future.
