Family Constellation Therapy is a system that considers how intergenerational traumas, contracts and vows may be shaping our current encounters with the world. In this unusually intimate workshop, we will explore how our contemporary problems – relational, financial, professional – are often connected with ancestral struggle.
Many of us carry a secret language deep inside of our unconscious mind. Family Constellations uses an experiential approach to unearthing and identifying where the burdens of our ancestors have become a legacy we carry, and how they can block our own lifeforce from expressing itself fully. This can take the form of feeling stuck in negative patterns you can’t seem to move past. For example, if silence was a necessity for your forebears’ survival, you may find yourself having trouble speaking up, making decisions, or saying no. Or perhaps you want, but cannot bear, to have a more abundant life than your impoverished predecessors had.
Join us as together we will look for ways to release the fates of others and reclaim the life that is meant to be ours and release past intergenerational experiences that may still be informing our life now.
