The New Center for Holistic Learning NY is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to generating the holistic consciousness, values and practices that speak to the vital matters of our time. We offer both online and in-person trainings, conferences, workshops and talks.

What is Our Cancellation Policy?

For Talks, Events or Half Day Workshops: both In-Person and Online
There are no refunds for these offerings.

For One Day or Weekend Workshops and Weekly Courses: both In-Person or Online
Refunds are available minus a processing fee* if you cancel up to one week prior to the first day of the program. Please contact us at registration@newcenterny.org to cancel your registration. Cancellations cannot be made on the website.

Any processing of a refund is pending until you receive an emailed confirmation from the New Center.

*The processing fee for cancellations is $15 for programs costing less than $250, and $35 for programs costing $250 and up. No refunds will be given for cancellations requested within one week of the start of a program, or if a participant does not attend a program, in part or in full.

For Trainings and Long-Term Programs: both In-Person and Online
Refunds are available minus a processing fee of $35 for cancellations made within two weeks of the start of the program. Please contact us at registration@newcenterny.org to request a cancellation.

No refunds will be given for cancellations requested within two weeks of the start of a training or long-term program, or if a participant does not attend the training or long-term program, in part or in full.

For Conferences: both In-Person and Online
Conferences have their own unique cancellation policies. Please check the corresponding refund policy outlined for any given conference.
